形態特徵

• Perennials; culm stout, decumbent, 40-60 cm high.
• Blade linear-lanceolate, acuminate, 7-10 cm long, 3-5 mm wide, villous-tomentose; sheath loose, 2 times as long as internode, keeled, villoustomentose; ligule membranaceous, obtuse, 1 mm long, glabous.
• Inflorescence in digitate racemes, racemes 3-4, 6-9 cm long; rachis narrowly winged, 1 mm wide. Spikelets oblong-elliptic, acute, 1.5-2 mm long; glumes covered with long hairs; upper 3-veined; lower lemma as long as spikelet, 7-veined, pilose between lateral veins and margins; upper lemma glabrous, margins involute, punctate all over.

• 台灣 : in sandy soils within coastal woods.
